At Bee Modesty, we do our best to ensure that every sister finds confidence and peace of mind in her purchase. If an item doesn’t suit you, we’ll be happy to support you through the return or exchange process, inshaAllah.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, undercaps and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return or Exchange
- Email us at admin@beemodesty.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- Once approved, we’ll send you instructions for returning the item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
